Prague is the historical capital of Bohemia and the current capital of Czechia. Established in the during the Romanesque it flourished in the Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque eras. It played vital roles in the history of Bohemia, the Protestant Reformation, the Thirty Years War and served as the capital of Czechoslovakia. It was spared the massive destruction that was inflected on other Europe cities during WWII. Because of this, Prague’s preserved architecture stays true to the forms of Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque, Rococo, Neo-Renaissance, Neo-Gothic, Art Nouveau, Cubist, Neo-Classical and ultra-modern.

PRG – Václav Havel Airport Prague – Located 20 km northwest of the city it is the hub for CSA Czech airlines. There are no non-stop flight to and from the US. Transportation to city on Airport Express or Cedaz bus. Public buses have connections to several metro stations to transfer into the city.
